Original Artworks All original artwork sales are final. Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of original paintings, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Fine Art Prints Fine art prints can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@anoukdekleermaeker.com before sending anything back.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs for returns are at the buyer's expense, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
