Processing Time Fine art prints are made to order and require up to 14 business days of production time before dispatch. Original artworks are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Shipping Destinations We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Delivery Times

• Netherlands & Belgium: 2–5 business days after dispatch
• Rest of Europe: 5–10 business days after dispatch
• Rest of the world: 10–20 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays, which are outside our control.

Packaging All prints are shipped flat or rolled in protective tubes, depending on size. Original artworks are carefully wrapped and shipped in sturdy packaging to prevent damage.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Customs & Import Duties For orders outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at info@anoukdekleermaeker.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
